Almond Hazelnut Buckle Cake

I saw the recipe in leisure cat. Since it is quite easy to make, I tried it yesterday. The smell was really good while it was being baked (just as the original post said). My friends said it was very delicious. I dont have blueberry and oat, so I used almond and hazelnut instead.

As I told some of the net friends in leisure cat, I failed in baking the greentea honey cake last Sunday, so I am very happy this time. In fact, this is the first time I dont use 預拌粉 to bake cakes successfully. YEAH~~~~~~~~~~~
