I love dumplings!! But making the skin is so time consuming. 三毛, is she the writer who has travelled a lot and lived in sahara? I loved her book! But not reading anymore lah.. picking up chinese book that not recipe seems to much "work" to read =P

Yeah, Echo(三毛) is the Taiwanese writer who lived in Sahara for a period of time. I love her books and adventures. I am re-reading her books now coz' I am having my summer holiday. :P

Thanks. my blog during weekday is very geeky (flooded with computer stuff). Weekend is normally more interesting =)
the recipe I used for skin was just flour and water and knead a LONG LONG time... sorry, can't remember the portion. Buying skin is much more convenient
