    咖哩牛肉角

    材料:
    麵粉180克,發粉1茶匙,梳打粉1/4茶匙鹽1/4茶匙,糖一茶匙,牛油90克,蛋液1隻,冰水1湯匙

    餡料
    牛油20克.蒜蓉1粒,洋蔥1個(切碎),免治牛肉200克,雜菜粒50克,咖哩粉1湯匙(我用日本咖哩磚),麵粉20克(我冇落),上湯150毫升(我用牛奶),鹽,糖適量.

    做法
    1. 預熱焗爐至200度.
    2. 準備餡皮,牛油及麵粉搓成麵包糠狀,加入餘下材料拌勻成粉糰,用保鮮紙包裹,置入雪櫃冷藏30分鐘.
    3. 準備餡皮,用牛油爆香洋蔥,咖哩粉及蒜蓉,加牛肉炒約3分鐘,然後下麵粉拌勻後慢慢加入上湯,煮至汁稠後加入雜菜粒及鹽,糖調味,待涼.
    4. 取出餡皮,用木幹搟平,用圓形模切出15至20塊酥皮,釀入餡料後以蛋液封口,邊住用大叉子壓紋,於面上掃上蛋液,放入焗爐10至15分鐘即成.
