小牧童說故事(234)～優質的壞學生

曾經到一所大學演講，那是一所不算大的學校，人數不多，該校的心輔組長在接待我時跟我聊了一下，她主動對我說：「施老師，您知道嗎？我們校內有許多學生的成績雖不太好，事實上，他們可能從小的智育成績都不怎麼好，但，卻非常熱心、善良。那些學生真的蠻可愛的。」

看著她描述那些學生時說話的表情，我可以感覺到她心中的那份榮幸與珍惜....。

我自己在大學教書，從小長大的朋友群裡，也有一些在擔任中、小學的老師，有時大家聊一聊後，我真的覺得：一個學生的優與劣實在很難判定，在您我周遭確實有不少『優質的壞學生』，有不少學生雖然在學的成績很壞，不算太好，但他們的人品、態度卻非常好！非常優質！這種人我稱之為『優質的壞學生』。

這讓我想起了天下文化一本名為【品格決勝負】的書，當中強調品格的重要性，並強調在高等教育氾濫的時代，學歷已不再是一切，未來，品格將是決定一個人是否能有成就的關鍵因素之一。

想一想，還真的有那麼點道理！回想我的求學生涯，現在那些在社會上較有成就的同學，不一定是當年在班上名列前矛的，但，卻有相當比例是在班上人品好，態度佳的。

我始終相信，一個人只要品格好，態度佳，將來必能有一番作為！而一個品格不好的人就算爭出頭了，也必會因操守的問題而重重跌跤，功敗垂成。

如果您身旁或親友中，有那種成績吊車尾的「壞學生」（指成績壞），沒關係，就算成績一時拉不起來，也要幫助他(她)做一個『優質的壞學生』，為其塑造優質的人品、態度，品格決勝負！將來一樣大有可為！大有翻轉的機會！
